GENERAL  INFORMATION

Letter of invitation

A personal invitation to participate will be sent on request in order to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. Such invitation is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

Insurance and Refunds

Please look after your own travel insurance. The Organizers cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, sickness, theft and property damage, nor for delays and any modification in the program due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Upon cancellation before 15 August 2009, 80% of fee will be refunded. After no refund will be possible.

Weather

Generally mild and sunny with possible hot or rainy days.
