REGISTRATION

To register for the School, please complete the enclosed Registration Form fully and legibly and send it before 16 June, 2009. Copies of the registration form are acceptable.

Registration Fee

Active Participant                  €  500,00

Accompanying Person           €  350,00

The registration fee covers participation in the School program, Proceedings and Teaching Supports, full board, accommodation in the student residences and social events (excursion and Social dinner). A communication with detailed information will be sent to the Participants within July 2009.

The Organizing Committee will consider a limited number of grants covering 50 % of the Registration Fee for PhD Students and Postdoctoral Researchers attending the School. The candidates are invited to submit a short “Curriculum Vitae” to the School Secretariat before 19 May, 2009. The grants will be assigned before 31 May, 2009.

The registration fee should be paid before 16 June, 2009, by Bank transfer to Banca delle Marche, Filiale di Camerino, 62032 CAMERINO, Account:

in favor of: ”SCI - I.S.O.C. 2009“, stating your full name and address.

Please make sure your remittance is marked “I.S.O.C. 2009” and is free of bank transfer charges. Any deduction on registration fees should be paid at the registration desk on arrival.

Please send a photocopy of the bank transfer together with the Registration Form.
