The University of Camerino is distinguished in the national panorama for
the number and quality of agreements with foreign Institutes and
Universities. Among them, there is now the possibility to follow the Dual
Master’s Degree Programmes thanks to the agreements with some
Universities and Institutions from foreign countries.
The Programmes, developed and organised jointly by the parties, leads to two
recognised Master’s degree certificates, one from the student’s home
institution and one from the host institution. Within this programme the
students must follow teaching activities for one year in the partner
Institution.
The double degrees activated by UNICAM are within the following MS courses:

Unicam + Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST)

Postgraduate students can get a Double
Degree in Chemistry by following the Dual Master’s Degree Programme thanks
to an agreement with the Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST) of Lisbon.
The Programme, developed and organised
jointly by the parties, leads to two recognised Master’s degree certificates,
one from the student’s home institution and one from the host institution.
The program requires that students spend at
least two semesters at the host University. UNICAM and IST accept to
transfer semester credits obtained by a student in the other institution to
be taken into account towards the degree awarded by the home institution
subject to their internal rules and regulations.
Students are granted mobility scholarships
yearly by UNICAM in order to stay at the foreign university for requested

Unicam + Reykjavik University
Postgraduate students can get a Double

Computer Science of Reykjavik University, Iceland (RU) and the School of
Science and Technology of UNICAM. This program allows graduate students from
the School of Computer Science of RU and graduate students from the Faculty
of Science and Technology of UNICAM to simultaneously pursue the M.Sc.
Degree in Computer Science from RU and the M.Sc. Degree in Computer Science
from UNICAM.
The following titles are awarded upon
successful completion of the present Double Degree program:
• Master in Computer Science (M.Sc.) from
the School of Computer Science of RU
• Laurea Magistrale/Master of Science (M.Sc.)
in Computer Science from the School of Science and Technology of UNICAM
The program requires that students spend at

Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW)
Postgraduate students can get a Double
Degree in Computer Science and Businnes Information Systems under the
agreement between the School of Business of FHNW and the School of Sciences
and Technologies of UNICAM. This program allows graduate students from the
School of Business of FHNW and graduate students from the School of Sciences
and Technologies of UNICAM to simultaneously pursue the M.Sc. Degree in
Business Information Systems from FHNW and the M.Sc. Degree (Laurea
Magistrale) in Computer Science from UNICAM.
The following titles are awarded upon
successful completion of the present Double Degree program:
• Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business
Information Systems from the School of Business of FHNW
• Laurea Magistrale in Informatica (Master
in Computer Science) from the School of Sciences and Technologies of UNICAM
The program requires that students spend at
least one semester at the host University plus the Master thesis of 30 ECTS
accepted by both Universities. UNICAM and FHNW accept to transfer semester
credits obtained by a student in the other institution to be taken into
account towards the degree awarded by the home institution subject to their
internal rules and regulations.

Geoenvironmental Resources and Risks (LM74)

The M.Sc. degree “Geoenvironmental resources and risks” offers the students to partecipating to the Double Degree program with LMU-Muenchen University (Germany). This is a novelty in Italy in the geosciences curricula and a new opportunity offered by UNICAM to the students, which aims to increase the level of internationalization of the Earth Sciences degree at the M.Sc. level. The partecipation to the Double Degree program allows the student to enter in contact with different study and research environments which will contribute to better build upthe path their path for the future. The program implies to spend the second year of the course in the partner University, of which one semester can be dedicated to the thesis. Thanks to the agreement between UNICAM and LMU, the students will obtain a Double Degree, Italian and German, issued by the two Universities.
The students will organize a personal plan of study with the courses they are interested to take, choosing from the list of those offered for the academic year by the two universities. The thesis will be in English and the presentation and defend can be carried out either at the home or partner University. The period abroad will be also recognized as ERASMUS exchange program with the ERASMUS financial support.
The students interested to partecipate the program will make an application to the Responsible of the Degree Course of the home University, including their curriculum for evaluation. The selection will be carried out by a Commission formed by professors of the two universities. A good knowledge of English is required but German language although useful, is not necessary.

The program in Applied Physics is a
bi-national program organized in conjunction with the Politechnika Gdańska
that will award a double degree in the field of Physics and its applications.
In detail, the University of Camerino will
award the Master degree in Physics, in the “Applied Physics” program.
Simultaneously the Politechnika Gdańska will award the Master Degree in
Applied Physics of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Physics, either in
the program “Applied Physics” or in the program “Physics and Energy
Conversions”, depending on the prior curriculum of studies followed by the
student.
The maximum number of students of the
program is 20 (twenty) each year, ten from each institution. This maximum
number can be varied, while maintaining the number of students from each
institution equal. Students registered for the bi-national program will be
registered at both institutions. Registration fees, however, will be payable
only to the University of origin. Students coming from UNICAM will attend
the first year of the Master program at UNICAM and the second year at the
Politechnika Gdańska. Students coming from the Politechnika Gdańska will
attend the first year of the Master program at the Politechnika Gdańska and
the second year at UNICAM.

Unicam + Escola Superior Agrária (ESAS) of Instituto Politécnico de Santarém (IPS)
This program allows graduate students from ESAS-IPS and graduate students from the
School of Biosciences and Biotechnologies of UNICAM to simultaneously pursue the M.Sc.
degree at ESAS and the M.Sc. degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Biological Sciences – at
UNICAM. The enrolled students are asked to attend the second year in the host institution, where they will also conduct the experimental thesys assignment.
