Training objectives of the course
Know the main analytical techniques. Plan an instrumental analysis. Compare the results of used instrumental methods. Eleborate the obtained results.
Prerequisites
Advanced knowledge of Analytical, General, Inorganic, Organic and Physical Chemistry; of Physics, Mathematics and Statistics.
Course programme
Practice and application of most common anaytical instrumentations for GC and HPLC. By chromatographic methods, analyze at trace and subtrace levels, that relevant environmentally and non compounds such: organic (POP) species, metallic and organo-metallic species, etc.
Didactic Methods
Laboratory practice.
Learning assessment procedures
Report on the developed activities and oral exam.
